Computer Scientist EFZ Application Development
Computer scientists specializing in application development analyze requirements and develop software solutions. They design, program, test, and document applications, while also ensuring that existing software is maintained and further developed. Working in teams on innovative projects, they contribute their own ideas and help create user-friendly, secure, and efficient applications.

Computer Scientist EFZ Platform Development
Computer scientists specializing in platform development plan, install and operate complex IT infrastructures. They set up servers, networks, databases and cloud solutions, monitor their operation and ensure the security and availability of the systems. They also automate processes, support users and help to ensure that modern IT environments function reliably.

Media technician EFZ
EFZ media specialists have a wide range of skills in IT, design, marketing and communication. They produce multimedia content such as texts, images, videos and presentations — both for digital channels (web, social media) and for print (flyers, brochures). They also manage communication channels, use IT tools and take on administrative or technical tasks, depending on the assignment. Their daily work combines technical expertise with creative design and an understanding of communication.

Leadership means taking responsibility, providing guidance, and achieving goals together. Through the international CONVOTIS Leadership Program, we provide targeted support for our managers and foster personal growth.
The program consists of two stages:
Level 1 is aimed at young or aspiring managers. Topics include self-management, communication, team leadership, and leading in change and transformation processes.
Level 2 is designed for experienced managers seeking to further develop their skills, including management by objectives (MbO), strategy, and corporate culture.
In addition to practical online sessions, the program includes in-person meetings that promote international networking and the exchange of ideas within the CONVOTIS Group. These meetings foster an environment where knowledge, best practices, and leadership experiences are shared across national borders.
The international CONVOTIS Top Talent Program is designed for employees with significant potential for growth. The program specifically promotes these talents and prepares them for future tasks.
The program focuses on training courses and workshops that teach key skills, such as communication, presentation, project management, and methodical work in complex situations. The program is complemented by international exchanges within the CONVOTIS Group that open up new perspectives and enable the establishment of a strong network.
These exchanges provide practical support to help employees strengthen their skills and take the next steps in their careers.
The Elvaston Top Talent Program, an initiative of our investor Elvaston, is aimed at executives from various Elvaston portfolio companies. It aims to develop leadership skills and promote the exchange of experience between companies.
The program combines practical training and workshops on topics such as finance, strategy, and leadership. Another key component is networking with executives from other industries and companies, which opens up new perspectives and synergies.
The Elvaston Top Talent Program provides a framework for executives to develop their leadership skills, learn from each other, and advance their careers.
