Remote maintenance.
With remote support.

CONVOTIS Switzerland provides on-site support throughout German-speaking Switzerland.

In most cases (95%), however, on-site intervention is not necessary and faults can be rectified directly via remote maintenance.

Three steps to CONVOTIS Remote Support

Download the CONVOTIS support software: Download our remote support software for Windows or Mac and save the file to your desktop.
Running the software: Start the software by double-clicking on the downloaded file CONVOTIS_Support. Confirm the security prompt.
Provide ID and confirm access: Provide your CONVOTIS employee with the ID number displayed and confirm remote access.
