CONVOTIS Switzerland and the CONVOTIS Group Move Forward with New Leadership

The international CONVOTIS Group has restructured its executive leadership to sharpen its strategic focus and lay the foundation for further growth. Effective immediately, José Lopez-formerly COO of the CONVOTIS Group and CEO of CONVOTIS Schweiz AG-has taken over as CEO of the Group. He succeeds Andreas Kiefer, to whom we extend our sincere thanks for his many years of leadership and his pivotal contribution to the Group’s development. Together with Lars Heymeier (COO) and Christina Nagel (CFO), José Lopez forms the new Executive Board of the CONVOTIS Group. 

Henri Schmidt (HR & Finance Industry Practice) and Emil Pall (Human Resources) will now support the Executive Board in their new roles as Group Executives. Their extensive experience and deep subject-matter expertise will help ensure continuity, further development, and the sustainable future of our corporate group. 

This leadership transition also applies to CONVOTIS Schweiz AG. José Lopez hands over management to Vito Critti, who will lead the Swiss organization going forward as CEO. He will be joined by Roger Rhyner (COO), Jiri Lundak (CTO), Benjamin Kohler (CIO), and Erika Heuberger (CHRO) to form the new Executive Board of CONVOTIS Schweiz AG. José Lopez is also transferring leadership of CONVOTIS Financial Solutions AG (CFS) to Vito Critti. The remaining executive team of CFS and the leadership structure of CONVOTIS Swiss Cloud AG will remain unchanged. José Lopez will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board in Switzerland.
