Status quo
Before working with us, Diventa operated its systems on its own infrastructure.
Maintenance, security, and operations were handled entirely in-house. As customer numbers grew, usage of the SwissPension software increased, and regulatory demands intensified, the pressure mounted to implement a more reliable, scalable, and tightly secured platform – without compromising compliance.
The challenge
Diventa needed a hosting and service environment that meets the strict regulatory requirements of Switzerland’s 2nd pillar and guarantees maximum availability.
The solution had to ensure protection against cyberattacks, provide consistent security management, and allow IT resources to flexibly adapt to evolving business needs – all while keeping internal operational effort to a minimum.
The solution
We migrated the entire IT environment into our ISO 27001-certified Swiss Cloud and implemented managed hosting with proactive monitoring.
Access to SwissPension and other desktop applications was additionally secured with our RSA SecurID service. For the web application SPi (SwissPension Internet), we deployed our Managed Service Web Application Firewall (WAFaaS) to safeguard sensitive pension data. Scalable resources and automated backup processes complete the solution.
The result
Today, Diventa benefits from a highly available, secure, and flexibly scalable cloud environment.
Employees can securely access business-critical applications at any time, while policyholders use SPi to view and update data online – protected by state-of-the-art security technologies. Our service relieves the internal team and provides a stable foundation for future growth and innovation.
