IAM modernisation
Transparent identities. Secure access.

A future-proof IAM strategy for security, efficiency and compliance in hybrid IT environments.

IAM modernisation.
Security, control & digital efficiency.

IAM (Identity and Access Management) manages digital identities and ensures that the right people or systems can access the right resources at the right time.

Most of these structures have evolved over time, are complex and are only partially automated.

CONVOTIS helps companies modernise existing structures and build a scalable, secure and future-proof IAM architecture.

With Airlock IAM and Keycloak, CONVOTIS relies on tried-and-tested solutions for modern authentication, secure access and flexible integration into existing system landscapes, tailored to meet specific requirements and budgets.

Starting Point

Many organisations manage identity and access using legacy structures involving manual processes and isolated systems.

Different directory services, a lack of integration with cloud applications and inconsistent authorisation models lead to increased administrative burden and limited transparency.

At the same time, requirements for security, compliance and traceability are constantly increasing.

The Challenge

The introduction or modernisation of an IAM system must neither disrupt existing business processes nor create additional complexity.

User and authorisation processes must function reliably, whilst at the same time improving automation, governance and integration.

Furthermore, hybrid IT landscapes must be taken into account and regulatory requirements must be met at all times.

CONVOTIS Approach

CONVOTIS takes a holistic and process-oriented approach to the implementation and modernisation of IAM systems. A modern IAM system enables IT landscapes to be modernised in a sustainable manner.

Using Airlock IAM and Keycloak, CONVOTIS implements modern authentication solutions for complex and security-critical environments, ranging from regulated financial markets and global industrial groups to educational platforms and critical infrastructure. Thanks to Keycloak as an open-source solution, however, smaller companies and projects also benefit from professional identity and access management, without any high licence costs and with the flexibility to scale to their individual needs.
